Review of Free Antivirus Software for Windows

Unlike some of the majors, Brian doesn't get paid for writing the reviews, so isn't biased, and has a very good comparison of ten different options. (I didn't realize that there were that many. I'm used to thinking of AVG and Clamav as the only choices.) His conclusions may surprise you...

What this is all about...

This is an exploration of living, and in particular doing information technology, in an inexpensive manner. That means:
  • Recycling and repairing old computer equipment
  • Running a small business with free software and Web services
  • Saving money by working green
And anything else that makes sense. Well, at least I hope it makes sense. It might also wander into being frugal in your personal life as well that of your business. Hope it helps someone!
